Managing Material Deliveries
Ensuring what you ordered is actually what arrived on site.
1. The Challenge
Discrepancies between invoices and actual material deliveries can cost contractors thousands of dollars. The field team must verify deliveries immediately.
2. Easy Desk Execution
When the supply truck arrives:
- Material Delivery Records: The foreman logs exactly what is on the truck vs. what is on the manifest.
- Job Site Photos: Take a photo of the physical delivery ticket.
- Purchase Orders: If the delivery is incomplete, the office can cross-reference the delivery record against the original PO in Pro Mode.
Status: REQUIRES VERIFICATION. Uploading a photo of a ticket directly as an attachment to a Material Delivery Record (rather than a separate Job Site Photo entry) requires verification.
