Job Site Photos

How to use the Easy Desk interface to capture Job Site Photos quickly from the field.

1. What it is

Capture and tag visual evidence of site conditions.

2. When to use it

Use this module whenever you need to officially document visual proof of site conditions, damages, or specific setups without navigating through complex project menus.

3. How to access it

From the main Easy Desk dashboard (on mobile or desktop), locate and tap the Job Site Photos module icon.

4. How to create a record

  1. Select the Project this record belongs to (Required).
  2. Fill out the required information:
    • Date
    • Photo Upload
    • Caption / Description
  3. Add any optional notes or context.

5. Attachments & Photos

Status: REQUIRES VERIFICATION. The exact behavior of file uploads, PDF attachments, and camera integration for this module is pending verification against the Beta application.

6. Saving, Editing, and Deleting

Click Save Record to commit the document to the database. The system will confirm the record has been captured successfully.

Status: REQUIRES VERIFICATION. Whether users can edit or delete this specific record type after saving is pending verification against the Beta application.

7. Relationship to Pro Mode

Once saved in Easy Desk, the Job Site Photos record is automatically routed to the corresponding Project folder in Pro Mode. Office staff can instantly view, cross-reference, and export this record alongside all other project documentation.
