Capture, Organize, Retrieve, Share, Prove

MyCrewTracker is built around a simple, five-step philosophy for construction documentation.

1. Capture

Everything begins in the field. Using Easy Desk, your crew captures what is happening on the job site in real-time. Whether it's a Daily Report, a Job Site Photo, or logging a material delay, the focus is on capturing the raw data quickly and accurately before the day ends.

2. Organize

As soon as data is captured, MyCrewTracker automatically organizes it. Documents are assigned to specific Projects and timestamped. You never have to worry about sorting through text messages, emails, or paper notebooks to figure out which photo belongs to which job.

3. Retrieve

When a question arises weeks or months later, you need answers instantly. Using Pro Mode, you can filter and search your entire company history. Need to see the weather log for the Riverside project from October 12th? You can retrieve it in seconds.

4. Share

Construction requires constant communication. MyCrewTracker allows you to take your organized, retrieved documents and share them professionally. Generate clean PDFs of your Daily Reports or Change Orders to send directly to your General Contractor or client.

Note: Advanced sharing features like external token-based client links currently require policy verification before broad release.

5. Prove

This is the ultimate goal of MyCrewTracker. By capturing, organizing, retrieving, and sharing your documents effectively, you create a reliable and defensible project record. If a dispute arises over delays, materials, or scope of work, you have the proof you need to protect your business and get paid.
