Cross-referencing Documents
Link related documents together to tell the complete story of an incident or workflow.
1. Why Cross-reference?
A Weather Log showing rain, a Job Site Photo showing mud, and a Daily Report explaining a delay are all separate Easy Desk entries. Cross-referencing allows you to tie them together in Pro Mode to prove exactly why a project schedule slipped.
2. Linking Documents
Status: REQUIRES VERIFICATION. The exact UI for linking/tagging documents to one another (e.g., attaching an RFI to a Change Order) within the Pro Mode dashboard requires verification.
