PDF Exporting & Reporting
Generate professional PDF documents from your raw field data.
1. Generating a PDF
Raw digital data is great for searchability, but construction often runs on physical or PDF paperwork. Pro Mode allows you to convert Easy Desk submissions into clean, branded PDFs.
- Open a specific document (e.g., a Change Order or Daily Report) in Pro Mode.
- Click the Export PDF button.
- Download the file or email it directly to the client.
2. Batch Exporting and Custom Formatting
Status: REQUIRES VERIFICATION. Features like batch exporting an entire project's history, combining multiple reports into a single PDF, or uploading custom company logos for the PDF header require verification against the Beta application.
