MyCrewTracker uses a straightforward, transparent pricing model: One subscription equals one contractor account.

1. The "Unlimited" Model

Unlike other construction software that charges per user, per project, or per feature, MyCrewTracker provides everything under a single subscription. Your active subscription includes:

• Unlimited Projects
• Unlimited Documents

2. Available Billing Cycles

You can choose how frequently you want to be billed. Longer billing cycles offer significant discounts.

• Annual: Billed once per year. Offers the highest discount (Save $240/year compared to monthly).
• 6 Months (Bi-annual): Billed twice a year.
• 3 Months (Quarterly): Billed four times a year.
• Monthly: Billed every month for maximum flexibility.

3. Upgrading or Changing Plans

You can adjust your billing cycle at any time from your Account Settings. If you upgrade to a longer billing cycle, the unused portion of your current cycle will be prorated and applied to your new balance.
