Team Members

Construction is a team effort. Learn how to invite your foremen, crew leaders, and office staff to your MyCrewTracker account.

1. The Team Model

Your MyCrewTracker subscription is attached to your Company Account. You can invite individual team members to join your company workspace so they can submit documents from the field or help manage projects from the office.

2. Inviting a Team Member

To invite a new user to your account:

1. Navigate to the Team Members section in your settings.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter their email address and select their role.
4. An invitation link will be sent securely to their email.

3. Removing a Team Member

If an employee leaves your company, you can instantly revoke their access to your MyCrewTracker account from the Team Members page. Any documents they submitted previously will remain safely attached to your company's projects.
