1. The Sharing Goal
Transparency builds trust. MyCrewTracker aims to allow contractors to share live or curated views of their project documentation directly with external stakeholders without requiring those stakeholders to buy a subscription.
2. External Portals & Links
Status: REQUIRES VERIFICATION. The technical implementation of external token-based link sharing, client portal logins, and data-visibility masking is currently pending verification.
Advanced sharing capabilities will allow you to generate a secure link that provides read-only access to specific Daily Reports or Progress Photos.
