Account & Billing
How do I start a free trial?
Visit app.mycrewtracker.com/auth/register and create an account. No credit card required. Your 14-day trial starts immediately with full access to every feature.
What happens when my trial ends?
You'll receive reminder emails at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry. After expiry, you can choose a plan to continue. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry — no risk of losing anything.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription inside the app and click "Cancel Subscription." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from Settings → Subscription. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are generally non-refundable per our Terms of Service. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, contact us and we'll review your case.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Razorpay's secure checkout. We do not store card details on our servers.
Features & Usage
How many projects can I create?
Unlimited. All plans include unlimited projects, unlimited subcontractors, and unlimited document storage.
How does the client portal work?
Each project has a unique client portal link. Share it with your client and they can view daily progress reports, photos, and project status in real time — no login required on their end.
How do digital change orders work?
Create a change order from your phone, set the scope and price, then send it to your client via email. They click a secure link and sign digitally. The signed PDF is automatically stored on the project. No app required for clients.
Does GPS time tracking require a specific device?
No. GPS time tracking works on any modern smartphone browser (iOS Safari or Android Chrome). No separate app download required — subcontractors clock in via a browser link.
How does the AI daily report work?
Each evening, MyCrewTracker collects daily log entries from your subcontractors and uses AI to compile them into a professional, client-ready progress report. The report is emailed to your client automatically — no manual work required.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export projects, invoices, timesheets, and reports as PDF or CSV from within the app. Contact support if you need a full data export of your account.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We perform regular security audits and maintain encrypted, geographically redundant backups. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you sell my data?
Never. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or business data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes. Your project data is yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. During this window, you can re-activate your account or request a data export. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

New to MyCrewTracker? Follow these steps to get your first project running in under 20 minutes.
Create Your Account
Sign up at app.mycrewtracker.com — no credit card required. Fill in your company name, phone, and address during onboarding.
Add Your First Project
Click New Project on your dashboard. Enter the project name, client details, address, start date, and budget. Your project is live in seconds.
Invite Subcontractors
Go to the Crew tab and add your subs. They'll receive an SMS/email invitation with a portal link — no app download required on their end.
Share the Client Portal
Copy the unique client portal URL from the project page and share it with your client. They'll see live progress, photos, and daily reports automatically.
Log Daily Progress
At day's end, your subs log their work (takes under 2 minutes from their phone). MyCrewTracker AI compiles it into a professional client report and emails it automatically.
Send Invoices & Change Orders
Create invoices or change orders from the project. Clients sign digitally via a secure link. Signed PDFs are stored automatically — bulletproof paper trail.
